چکیده
Eco-enzyme is a fermented product from an organic waste substrate, molasses, and water. can be used as antibacterial because it produces compounds such alcohol acetic acid. Pineapple peel (Ananas comosus L.) eco-enzyme. This study aimed to test the activity of pineapple eco enzyme against Pseudomonas aeruginosa Staphylococcus epidermidis. The method determining Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) Killing (MBC) eco-enzyme with 8 treatment levels namely negative control (aquadest), positive (ciprofloxacin 5 mg/mL), 3.125%, 6.25 %, 12.5%, 25%, 50%, 100% eco-enzymes. Based on research results, was known that MIC value P. aeruginosa, S. epidermidis 12.5% respectively. Eco- enzymes did not show minimum killing concentrations. only bacteriostatic towards growth bacteria.

Micropropagation and Growth of in Vitro Pineapple (ananas Comosus L. Merr) in Iran
Although, several pineapple micropropagation protocols have already been published, significant improvement could be achieved, if the stages of in vitro culture were better defined. Our work concerned several experiments aiming at the mass production of high quality plantlets. Tissue culture experiments were therefore conducted to develop rapid multiplication procedures for Ananas comosus L. (M...

Background Bromelain is the generic name given to the set of derived endopeptidases belonging to members of the Bromeliaceae family, which belongs to the pineapple (Ananas comosus), being able to break the peptide bond, separating proteins and amino acids [1]. Bromelain possesses a wide range of therapeutic benefit as property of facilitating digestion of proteins, meat softening, ability to fa...

the physical and physiological characteristics of sarawak pineapple were studied at five different stages of growth from one to five months after anthesis. changes in fruit length, diameter, pulp color, pulp firmness, ph, total soluble solids, titratable acidity, ascorbic acid content and antioxidant activity were monitored. the sarawak pineapple exhibited a sigmoid growth pattern during fruit ...
متن کاملCharacterization of Phosphoenolpyruvate Carboxykinase from Pineapple Leaves Ananas comosus (L.) Merr.
Phosphoenolpyruvate carboxykinase has been partially purified from pineapple (Ananas comosus [L.]) leaves. Specific activities obtained show it to be a major activity in this tissue. Above 15 C, the respective activation energies for decarboxylation and carboxylation are 13 and 12 kcal/mol. Below 15 C, there are discontinuities in Arrhenius plots with an associated large increase in activation ...
متن کاملIn vitro Environmental Factors Controlling Root Morphological Traits of Pineapple (Ananas comosus L. Merr)
Abstract—Developing our knowledge of when pineapple roots grow can lead to improved water, fertilizer applications, and more precise culture management. This paper presents current understanding of morphological traits in pineapple roots, highlighting studies using incubation periods and various solid MS media treated with different sucrose concentrations and pH, which directly assess in vitro ...
